Russian refinery fails to lift freezing order in LCIA dispute

An English court has upheld a worldwide freezing order against a bankrupt Russian refinery in support of an ongoing LCIA arbitration that has already seen one partial award worth €208 million in favour of a Swiss commodities trader.
