Russia challenges billion-dollar award in Paris

Russia’s Ministry of Justice says it is pursuing a challenge in the French courts against a US$1.1 billion treaty award in favour of a Ukrainian state-owned bank that has already been enforced by the courts in Kiev – as another Crimea-related claim against Russia is threatened.
