Revealed: India's three attempts to halt the Vodafone case
The Delhi court restrained Vodafone's second claim against India on 22 August, before the formation of the tribunal
Last week's decision of the Delhi High Court restraining a treaty arbitration between Vodafone and India was preceded by two unusual attempts by the state to halt the case through applications to the president of the International Court of Justice and an already sitting arbitral tribunal, GAR has learned.
