Practitioners in the Americas prefer US seats, survey finds

The University of Leicester in the UK and Gentium Law in Switzerland have published the results of a major survey of arbitration practitioners in the Americas – including rankings of the seats they would choose in “real-world” practice, with a clear preference emerging for seats in the US.
