Port investor raises stakes in new BIT threat

Belgian logistics group Katoen Natie has renewed its threat to bring a treaty claim against Uruguay, now warning it will seek at least US$1.5 billion in damages if the state fails to resolve their dispute over a concession for a container terminal at the port of Montevideo.
