Poland threatened with treaty claim over cancelled helicopter deal
Airbus has threatened to bring an investment treaty claim against Poland after the state allegedly reneged on a US$3.9 billion agreement to purchase transport military helicopters used to deploy troops as part of a push to modernise its armed forces.
