Poland defeats second bid to revive treaty claim

The Paris Court of Appeal has for a second time rejected a bid to revive a US$125 million treaty claim against Poland over the collapse of a vegetable fats business, even after the US claimants were permitted to raise new jurisdictional arguments they hadn’t made in the arbitration.
