Pey Casado files double challenge over barristers’ set links

A 101-year-old Spanish newspaper publisher has filed a double challenge to two members of an ICSID tribunal who rejected his two-decade-old claim against Chile and are now considering a rectification request, alleging that their membership of a barristers’ chambers previously used by the state gives rise to an appearance of bias.
