Pemex requests rehearing in Commisa case

Mexico's national oil company Pemex has asked a US appeals court to reconsider a decision affirming the enforcement of a US$300 million award that was set aside at the Mexican seat of arbitration – as new counsel come on board to help the state draft an amicus brief.
