PDVSA affiliate fails to knock out Crystallex fraud suit

A Delaware court has held that one of two subsidiaries of Venezuela's national oil and gas company PDVSA must face claims that it assisted in the fraudulent transfer of US$2.8 billion of assets to help the Latin American state evade its ICSID creditors.
