Paper producer's set aside request torn apart in Hong Kong

CORRECTED. Justice Mimmie Chan – the first instance Hong Kong judge known for her arbitration-friendly judgments – has upheld a US$24 million HKIAC award against the largest paper producer in China, while criticising the company and its expert on mainland Chinese arbitration law.
