Pakistani power producers win LCIA claim

Sitting in London as sole arbitrator under LCIA rules, Australia’s Doug Jones has issued a final award requiring a Pakistani state-owned electricity company to pay around US$130 million to nine power producers after it failed to comply with an expert’s determination.
