Outer Temple adds two in Dubai

London-based set Outer Temple Chambers has added two English-qualified barristers to its Dubai office – Baker Botts’ former head of Middle East disputes Philip Punwar and Sean Yates, former general counsel at a major Chinese state-owned construction company.
