Olympic decision requires a photo finish by CAS?

With the Olympic Games in Rio just 10 days away, the Court of Arbitration for Sport could rapidly have to resolve a high number of new appeals arising from the International Olympic Committee’s decision not to impose a blanket ban on Russian competitors in response to allegations of state-sponsored doping.
