An LCIA tribunal has partly upheld claims by Ukrainian state entity Naftogaz in a battle over the country’s largest oil and gas producer, ruling that corporate governance provisions in a shareholders’ agreement with companies owned by controversial Ukrainian billionaire Igor Kolomoisky are unenforceable.
