Not too late for Vedanta to enforce against India

A court in Delhi has enforced a US$278 million UNCITRAL award in favour of a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources and its partners against the Indian government, affirming that foreign awards can be submitted for enforcement up to 12 years after they are issued.
