No need to comply with European ruling on Yukos, says Russian court

Russia's constitutional court has held that the state need not comply with a ruling of the European Court of Human Rights that it pay €1.9 billion damages to former Yukos shareholders, which both sides of the Energy Charter Treaty arbitration over the oil company's collapse have invoked in their support.
