No need to begin afresh after conciliation, says Swiss court

Following a failed mandatory conciliation procedure, Switzerland’s top court has rejected arguments that an arbitration featuring Algeria's state-owned energy company Sonatrach should begin afresh rather than resuming from where it was left off.
