Nine-man US panel stacked against us, complains Chinese company
UPDATED. A Chinese state-owned aerospace company is seeking to set aside a US$63 million ICDR award in favour of US investors in a wind energy joint venture on the grounds that the nine-person tribunal that heard the case was unfairly stacked against it and "an extreme outlier in the annals of US jurisprudence and arbitration".
