New NAFTA curbs ISDS

The replacement agreement for NAFTA that was unveiled last night eliminates investor-state dispute settlement between the US and Canada and limits it between the US and Mexico, while parties in Canada and Mexico will have to avail themselves of the ISDS provisions of the Comprehensive Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership (the former TPP from which the US withdrew).
