New case ignites over Kurdistan gas settlement

UAE companies Dana Gas and Crescent Petroleum - which last month settled a US$26 billion dispute with the Iraqi region of Kurdistan - have begun a new arbitration, this time against a minority stakeholder of their consortium which dragged its feet when it came to accepting the deal.
