NAFTA claims have cost Canada more than US$300 million, says report
Canada has spent more than US$314 million on investor-state dispute settlement cases launched against it under the North American Free Trade Agreement, a new report reveals, as the country embarks on the sixth round of NAFTA renegotiations with the US and Mexico in Montreal.
