Mourre takes hard line on soft law
The president of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Alexis Mourre, has called on arbitral institutions to endorse the International Bar Association’s guidelines on party representation, rejecting criticisms that the IBA’s effort to regulate counsel conduct is “disruptive” and reflects a common-law bias.
