Mongolia risks LCIA claim over mining tax bill

A subsidiary of Anglo-Australian mining group Rio Tinto has threatened to bring an LCIA claim against Mongolia after being hit with a US$155 million tax bill for its operations at one of the world’s largest copper and gold mines.
