Mexico threatened with NAFTA and BIT claims

A week after details were unveiled of the “new NAFTA” between the three North American states, Mexico has been threatened with two new claims – by a US construction materials company under the old NAFTA and by Chinese mining investors under a bilateral investment treaty.
