UPDATED. A 90-minute meeting of the French Arbitration Committee is at the centre of a new European Court of Human Rights decision, after a Belgian company unhappy with the set aside of an ICC arbitral award against Cameroon complained that two Court of Cassation judges had rubbed shoulders with lawyers in the case ahead of an appeal.
