Mauritius' trading arm challenges SIAC award

Mauritius' State Trading Corporation has asked the country's highest court to set aside a US$120 million SIAC award two months after Australian arbitrator Michael Pryles found it liable in a dispute with a shipping company over the transportation of petroleum from India.
