Mauritius defeats treaty claim over UNESCO site

A majority ICSID tribunal has rejected a €70 million claim brought against Mauritius by UK real estate investors, after they were prevented from building a tourist resort in a region later named a UNESCO World Heritage Site commemorating resistance against slavery.
