"Manifest disregard” ruling reversed in New York
A New York court has reinstated a US$100 million ICC award in favour of a South Korean food group that was partially set aside on the rare and controversial basis that the tribunal “manifestly disregarded the law” when it rejected counterclaims by US company NutraSweet.
