Malinvaud to preside over CAS division

Carole Malinvaud, co-head of international arbitration at Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris, has taken over the presidency of the Court of Arbitration for Sport’s ordinary arbitration division after Egyptian Nabil Elaraby requested to step down from the role.
