The LCIA has released an update to its arbitration rules, with refined provisions on virtual hearings and electronic communications to facilitate proceedings in "the new normal" of the coronavirus pandemic, as well as an increase in the maximum hourly rates that can be charged by arbitrators and the secretariat.
