LCIA responds to Dubai's proposals on handling of DIFC-LCIA cases

The LCIA has said that its still in discussion with the authorities in Dubai over the handling of cases being conducted under the DIFC-LCIA rules in the wake of the emirate's abolition of their joint venture, after Dubai issued a statement proposing they be handled by the LCIA on a "secondment" basis.
