LCIA resolves row over joint stock in Russia’s Amazon

CORRECTED: An LCIA tribunal has ordered shareholders in Russian online retailer Ulmart – which is often described as the nation’s answer to Amazon – to buy out the stake of businessman Mikhail Vasinkevich for US$67 million, according to a Russian news agency.
