LCIA claim over legacy contracts suspended
A Belgian metals processing company has agreed to suspend an LCIA arbitration against an Australian mining company in a dispute that arose over legacy contracts, having reached an agreement to receive 50% of the zinc produced at a recently rehabilitated mine in Queensland.
