Landau: is it time for a rethink?

A SIAC Symposium panel chaired by leading Singapore-based silk Toby Landau asked whether fundamental changes to arbitration will be needed as a result of world events and the emergence of new types of disputes – including more inquisitorial and proactive tribunals, new classes of experts or more specialised arbitrators.
