Kuwaiti investor launches ICSID claim over Egyptian port project

A Kuwaiti company has made good on a threatened US$700 million ICSID claim against Egypt over a terminated concession for a container terminal facility at the port of Damietta – a dispute that has already given rise to a US$420 million award against the port authority.
