Kosovo telecoms dispute leads to damages and network access for Z Mobile

In what has been described as the largest commercial arbitration to emerge from the disputed south east European state of Kosovo, local mobile phone operator Dardafone – which trades as Z Mobile – has won over €30 million from Telecom Kosovo along with access to infrastructure and 3G and 4G networks.
