Jones Day promotes lawyers fighting Kazakhstan

Jones Day has made new partners in its global disputes group, including two lawyers working on a US$900 million UNCITRAL claim against Kazakhstan that led to a recent English court ruling that the state was bound by an investment treaty signed by the former Soviet Union.
