Iraq’s central bank ordered to pay Emirati group

A sole arbitrator at the ICC has ordered the Central Bank of Iraq to pay damages to an Emirati group in a dispute over the construction of the bank’s new headquarters – refusing to hear allegations of fraud that the claimant says has led to the wrongful imprisonment of two of its employees.
