Iraq hit with first ICSID claim

UPDATED. After signing the ICSID Convention in late 2015, Iraq is facing its first claim under one of its only two in force bilateral investment treaties – as Kuwaiti logistics group Agility seeks US$380 million for the expropriation of its stake in a Kurdistan-based mobile phone operator.
