Investors in mass ICSID claim ordered to pay security
An ICSID tribunal has ordered almost 1,000 Greek and Luxembourgish investors who are bringing a claim against Cyprus to pay security for costs, having previously noted the “unique” difficulty the state could face in recovering expenses from so many claimants.
