Interim relief denied in Burkina Faso mining dispute

An ICC tribunal has rejected a request for interim measures from a group of companies owned by Romanian-Australian businessman Frank Timis in a US$4 billion dispute with Burkina Faso over one of the world’s largest manganese mines.
