Interim award upheld in abandoned Costa Rica case

A US family of property investors has failed to convince a US court to set aside an interim award declining jurisdiction over part of their DR-CAFTA claim against Costa Rica, after the judge said it did not represent the tribunal’s final ruling in the now-abandoned case.
