ICSID panel rescinds security for costs order

An ICSID tribunal has rescinded an order requiring the administrator of an insolvent German company to pay security for costs to proceed with a third-party funded claim against Turkmenistan – as a dissenting arbitrator warns the decision undermines the integrity of investor-state arbitration.
