ICSID panel asks Cyprus to suspend arrest warrants for Greek bankers

UPDATED: An ICSID tribunal has invited Cypriot authorities to temporarily refrain from issuing or executing arrest warrants for four Greek bankers but has refused to order the suspension of criminal proceedings pending an arbitration over the collapse of Cyprus’s second-largest bank.
