ICSID creditor sues over Venezuelan bond-swap

Canadian mining company Crystallex has brought a second lawsuit accusing a US subsidiary of Venezuela’s national oil company PDVSA of helping to fraudulently transfer assets out of the reach of the state’s ICSID creditors – this time through pledging shares as collateral for a US$3.37 billion debt-swap.
