ICC cases against Libya reach outcome

Libya has been ordered to pay around a sixth of a €105 million treaty claim brought by a Cypriot company over its investment in a dairy and juice factory in Tripoli and reported wins in two other ICC cases brought by Turkish and Portuguese investors.
