Hong Kong courts continue to fly pro-arbitration flag, reveals data

The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre has unveiled new statistics showing the continuing pro-arbitration stance of its local courts, which set aside only one award in 2016, as well as the prevalence of applications to enforce awards from mainland China.
