HKIAC to hear dispute over magazine sale
A Hong Kong court has stayed a lawsuit arising from the aborted US$60 million sale of a magazine business, holding that the dispute between companies owned by two prominent local businessmen must be heard at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
