Hanotiau survives challenge by Turkmenistan

An ICSID case against Turkmenistan has resumed after Bernard Hanotiau’s co-arbitrators refused to disqualify him for allegedly having a pre-formed view on the scope to import fair and equitable treatment provisions via the most favoured nation clauses of treaties and failing to comply with his continuing disclosure obligation.
